Hallo,
ich habe gerade UT2004 als 1. Spiel auf meinem relativ neuen Linux system installiert (natürlich nicht ohne Hilfe).
Jetzt zeigt sich allerdings im Nachhinein, dass der Sound nicht funktioniert.
Mein System: Kubuntu 6.10 mit dem 10er Kernel (wurde zurückgefahren bei der GLX) Installation.
Soundkarte Terratec Aureon Fun 5.1 wurde bei der Installation automatisch eingerichtet.
Habe schon div. Foreneinträge zu dem Thema gelesen aber nichts hat bisher geholfen.
OpenAL ist installiert, Audio Hardware ist auf ALSA umgestellt, kill Soundserver-Befehl Ausprobiert.
Der Regler vom Soundserver ist nach ganz links geschoben (8ms).
