Hallo experts meine bluetooth-mouse ( Tecknet cordless optical mouse) wird mit Ubuntu 20.04 nicht erkannt! Auch andere bluetooth-Geräte nicht. Anmerkung: der PC Typ hp ENVY ca. 6 Monate alt arbeitet mit WIN 10 einwandfrei, auch bluetooth funktioniert. Ubuntu läuft momentan vom USB-stick aus. Wenn alles funktioniert will ich Ubuntu fest installieren! Weitere Info: bluetooth wurde entsprechend installiert (nach Wiki). Die Meldungen im Terminal :

ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ hcitool scan Device is not available: No such device
Sehe ich das richtig Ubuntu findet das bluetooth nicht aber mit WIN 10 geht das doch!
Noch dazu folgendes:
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ bluetooth bluetooth = on
